Reimbursement rules

Once the registration fee is paid, if you decide for any reason not to participate to the school:
- until the registration deadline, the registration fee is completed refunded (except possible fees depending on the payment method)
- between the registration deadline and 5 days before the school, a fee of 100€ will not be reimbursed (plus possible fees depending on the payment method)
- from 5 days before the school, a fee of 100€ and the hotel accommodation will not be reimbursed (plus possible fees depending on the payment method)
